Cookie policy

What this site stores on your device, what each item does, and how to change your mind.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

  1. 01What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device so that it can recognize you on your next request, for example to keep you signed in. Browsers also offer local storage and session storage, which hold small amounts of data in the same way without using a cookie. This policy treats all of them alike.

  2. 02The cookies this site sets

As built today, the site sets strictly necessary cookies only, which means the site cannot do what you asked without them. They are listed below with the name each one carries, what it does and how long it lasts.

Your brief collection, the items you add with "Add to your brief", lives in the session storage of the page you are on. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us until you press send, and it is cleared when you close the tab.

    NamePurposeLifetime
sb-…-auth-tokenPartner sign-in session. Keeps you signed in to the partner area after you enter your access code or password.Until you sign out, or 400 days after your last visit
bti-cookie-consentConsent record. Remembers the choice you made on the cookie banner so that it is not shown again.12 months
  3. 03What this site does not set

An audit of the site as built confirms that it sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies of any kind, no social media pixels and no third-party tag manager. We do not measure you across other sites and we do not sell or share browsing data.

  4. 04Third-party content

Cloudflare Turnstile screens the public forms for automated submissions. It may set a short-lived cookie on its own domain to complete that check, and it handles the data under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Itinerary videos are embedded through YouTube's no-cookie endpoint and Vimeo with Do Not Track on. Nothing loads from either service until you press play; after that, the service may store a playback preference in your browser under its own policy.

  5. 05Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you do this for one site at a time. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, the partner area cannot keep you signed in and the spam check on the forms may fail, so the site will not work as intended. To change your choice on this site, open the "Cookie settings" link in the footer and the banner will reappear.

  6. 06Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If we add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, the banner is shown again and nothing new is set until you have chosen.
