Atlantis The Royal

Ultra-luxury

Atlantis The Royal is the hotel Dubai built to top itself. It opened in January 2023 beside its older sibling on the crescent of the Palm, and from the moment you walk in under the jellyfish wall you know the evening is going to be talked about. There are 795 rooms and suites, a sky pool ninety meters up, seventeen restaurants and bars with Heston Blumenthal, Nobu and José Andrés among the names on the doors, and a pillarless ballroom that takes 1,600 for dinner without anyone feeling squeezed. When a group wants the one night that everyone photographs, this is where we book it.

Atlantis The Palm

Family flagship

Atlantis The Palm is the resort that made the Palm famous, and it still delivers more in one stay than most cities do in a week. More than 1,500 rooms and suites stand at the very tip of the island, the underwater suites look straight into the Ambassador Lagoon, and Aquaventure waterpark sits right outside the door, included for every guest. For groups it is a rare combination: the Palm's largest inventory, the Asateer tent and the Royal Ballroom for gala nights, and a lobby that guests remember long after they have forgotten the flight.

One&Only

Palm Jumeirah · Dubai

One&Only The Palm

One&Only The Palm is the quiet end of the island, and that is the point. Ninety rooms, villas and manor suites sit in Moorish gardens on the western crescent, with a private beach, a Guerlain spa and the resort's own boat across to the mainland. Dinner is at STAY by Yannick Alléno, and the whole resort can be taken for a single company, which is how the best incentive programs use it. If your group wants to feel that the Palm belongs to them for a night, this is the address.

Jumeirah

Umm Suqeim · Dubai

Jumeirah Burj Al Arab

The icon

Burj Al Arab is the sail on its own island, the building that put Dubai on the world's mental map, and every guest arrives across its private bridge into a lobby of gold leaf and fountains that still stops people mid-sentence. Every room is a two-floor suite with a butler. The hotel is closed until the fourth quarter of 2027 for a full restoration, and when it returns, with its suites, nine restaurants and spa together, we will be first in line for allotments. Until then it stays in every program as the photograph everyone wants.

Jumeirah

Jumeirah Beach · Dubai

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

The new flagship

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is the newest of the Jumeirah landmarks and, while Burj Al Arab is restored, the flagship of the coast. It rises on the headland next door with 386 rooms and suites, its own marina and two private beaches, and TIME put it on its World's Greatest Places list for 2026 within months of opening. The suites look across the water to the sail, the restaurants are the newest on the coast, and for a group that wants the Jumeirah name at its most current, this is the one.

Jumeirah

Madinat · Dubai

Jumeirah Al Qasr

Al Qasr is the palace at the heart of Madinat Jumeirah, built in the manner of a sheikh's summer residence with a grand staircase, horse statues at the gate and a colonnaded lobby that opens onto the waterways. Guests move around the resort by abra, past the souk and more than forty restaurants, to a private beach with Burj Al Arab standing at the end of it. It is the Madinat hotel we book for groups that want the full Arabian setting and the room to match it.

Jumeirah

Madinat · Dubai

Jumeirah Al Naseem

Al Naseem is the contemporary face of Madinat Jumeirah: lighter, airier, closer to the beach, with the turtle lagoon below the terraces and the sail of Burj Al Arab in the frame of almost every window. It shares the resort's waterways, souk and restaurants, but its own pools and beach club give it the feel of a modern beach hotel. For younger groups and incentive programs that want the Madinat address without the palace formality, this is our first choice.

Jumeirah

Madinat · Dubai

Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

Mina A'Salam, the harbor of peace, is the gateway to Madinat Jumeirah, the boutique-scale hotel on the water where the abras depart and the souk begins. Its rooms open onto balconies over the waterways and the sea, its restaurants line the harbor front, and the whole resort, beach included, is a short boat ride away. It is the Madinat hotel that feels most like a village, and it is the one our returning guests ask for by name.

Bulgari Hotels · LVMH

Jumeirah Bay · Dubai

Bulgari Resort Dubai

Italian ultra-luxury

Bulgari Resort Dubai sits on Jumeira Bay, a seahorse-shaped island off the coast, and it is the most private luxury address in the city. Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel designed it as an Italian resort that happens to be in Arabia: 101 rooms and suites, twenty villas with their own pools, five restaurants, a spa the size of a small hotel and the first Bulgari Yacht Club in the world on its own marina. We book it for the parties who want to be near everything and seen by no one.

Banyan Tree

Bluewaters · Dubai

Banyan Tree Dubai

Banyan Tree Dubai is the island resort on Bluewaters, directly beneath Ain Dubai, with the beach on one side and the Marina skyline on the other. The rooms are built around water and light, the Banyan Tree spa is the best reason to book a longer stay, and the beach club runs into the evening. It is one of the five hotels on our Luxury Private Journey, and the one our wellness groups and retreat programs choose when they want the coast without the crowds.

Emaar

Downtown · Dubai

Palace Downtown

Palace Downtown is the Arabian palace on Burj Lake, and it has the best seat in the city: the Burj Khalifa straight ahead, the Dubai Fountain performing at the foot of the terrace every evening, and The Dubai Mall a few minutes' walk along the boulevard. Inside it is all lanterns, courtyards and lamp-lit corridors, with a palm-fringed pool and a spa. Dinner at Thiptara on the lake is one of the evenings we book most in Downtown, and the room after it is only an elevator ride away.

Armani

Burj Khalifa · reopens Q4 2026 · Dubai

Armani Hotel Dubai

Armani Hotel Dubai is the only hotel inside the Burj Khalifa, and Giorgio Armani designed every surface of it himself, from the curved corridors to the leather on the desk. The rooms sit on the lower floors of the tallest building on earth, The Dubai Mall and the fountain are at the door, and the restaurants have the fountain show as their backdrop. The hotel returns from refurbishment in the fourth quarter of 2026, and the Armani dinner at the end of our Tour 10 is waiting for it.

TFG

Dubai Marina · Dubai

Ciel Dubai Marina

Ciel is the tallest hotel in the world, 82 floors on the Dubai Marina waterfront, and it was built for the view. The rooms look down the Marina to the Palm and the sea, the rooftop observation deck and pool sit above everything around them, and the reception spaces up there turn a company evening into something guests will describe to everyone at home. For an incentive group that wants a headline address in the newest part of town, Ciel is it.

Dorchester

Business Bay · Dubai

The Lana, Dorchester Collection

The Lana is Dorchester Collection's first hotel in the Middle East, which tells you the standard before you arrive. Foster + Partners designed the building on the Marasi Bay marina in Business Bay, the 225 rooms and suites are as calm as the water outside, and Jara by Martín Berasategui anchors a set of restaurants that Dubai's own residents book weeks ahead. We use it for VIP programs and board retreats, when the group is small and every detail is going to be noticed.

Versace Hotels

Jaddaf · Dubai

Palazzo Versace Dubai

Fashion-house luxury

Palazzo Versace is built in the manner of a sixteenth-century Italian palazzo on the creek at Jaddaf, and everything inside it, down to the last chair and curtain in its 215 rooms and suites, was made by Versace for this hotel. The lagoon pools run through the gardens, the Gala Ballroom seats 576, and dinner here is the signature evening of our five-day Dubai and Abu Dhabi program. It is fifteen minutes from the airport and eight from the Burj Khalifa, which makes it as practical as it is theatrical.

Marriott · Luxury Collection

Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve · Dubai

Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort and Spa

Definitive desert

Al Maha is the only hotel in the world built inside a desert wildlife reserve, and forty-five minutes after leaving Dubai you are in a tented suite with your own pool, watching oryx and gazelle walk past the deck. Every stay includes desert activities with the resort's own guides: falconry, a nature drive, archery, a camel ride at sunset. Dinner is under the stars. It is the night that turns a city trip into a journey, and it is on four of our itineraries for that reason.

Kerzner · Rare Finds

Dubai Desert · Dubai

Bab Al Shams, a Rare Finds Desert Resort

Desert traditional

Bab Al Shams, the gate of the sun, is Dubai's original desert resort, refurbished once more and reopening on 1 October 2026 as the first hotel in Kerzner's Rare Finds collection. It is forty-five minutes from the airport and a world away: low Arabian buildings around courtyards and pools, a desert ballroom for evenings under the sky, and the Al Hadheerah dinner show, the desert night our groups have loved for twenty years, back in its own amphitheater.

Mandarin Oriental

Corniche · Abu Dhabi

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental

Abu Dhabi flagship

Emirates Palace was built to host heads of state, and it still does. There are 114 domes, the largest of them gilded, 1.3 kilometers of private beach along the Corniche, gardens the size of a park, and the largest ballroom on the Corniche. Mandarin Oriental now runs it, and the service matches the building. Lunch inside the palace is on most of our Abu Dhabi days, and a night here is the one our guests mention first when they get home.

Hilton

Corniche · Abu Dhabi

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

Conrad Abu Dhabi occupies the tallest of the Etihad Towers, the five glass towers that define the western Corniche, and the view from the rooms takes in the whole coast to Emirates Palace next door. Its pillarless ballroom is one of the largest in the capital, which is why it is our anchor hotel for conferences in Abu Dhabi, and the Observation Deck at 300 in the tower next door gives every group its photograph. Beach, pools and a spa complete the stay.

The Ritz-Carlton

Al Wadi Desert · Ras Al Khaimah

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert

Al Wadi Desert is a Ritz-Carlton in the dunes of Ras Al Khaimah, fifty minutes from Dubai and inside its own nature reserve. Every villa is a tented pool villa with the desert on three sides, oryx and gazelle graze past the terraces at dusk, and the falconry, the archery and the nature drives are run by the resort itself. It is where we send the parties who want the desert night with the Ritz-Carlton standard, and the drive back to the coast the next morning is part of the experience.
