Terms and conditions

The terms on which this site, the partner area and anything you send us through them are made available.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

  1. 01Who these terms are between

These terms are between Beneficial Travel Inc., a California corporation with its head office at 716 S Garfield Ave, Suite B, Alhambra, CA 91801, USA, which operates this site through its Dubai operation BTI Tourism FZCO, and you, whether you visit the site, send us a brief, or use the partner area on behalf of a travel agency or company. "We" and "us" mean Beneficial Travel Inc.

By using the site you accept these terms. If a confirmed program is covered by a separate commercial agreement, that agreement governs the program and these terms govern the site; where the two conflict on a booked file, the commercial agreement prevails.

  2. 02Using this site

You may browse the site, send us a brief, apply for partner access, and, once approved, use the partner area to prepare and save briefs and to draw on our hotel, restaurant, excursion and transportation details in selling our programs to your own clients.

You may not copy the site in bulk or by automated means, republish or resell its content, use it to build a competing roster or database, try to reach the partner area without an account of your own, share an access code or a password, enter false information on a form, send automated or repeated submissions, or do anything that interferes with the site or with other people's use of it.

  3. 03Partner accounts and access codes

Partner access is for travel agencies and corporate planners we have approved. An access code is single-use and is issued to a named person at that agency after our sales desk has confirmed the application. The account belongs to that person and may not be shared or transferred.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once at justin@btitourism.com if you believe your account has been used by someone else. We may suspend or close an account at any time, for example if the agency relationship ends, if these terms are broken, or if the account has been inactive for a long period.

  4. 04Briefs, quotations and bookings

A brief is a request for a proposal. It is not a booking, it does not reserve anything, and it places no obligation on you or on us. We aim to return a costed proposal within two business days of receiving a complete brief.

A quotation is an offer open until the validity date printed on it. After that date the rates, the hotels and the inventory in it may change, and a new quotation is needed.

A binding contract forms only when we issue a written confirmation for the file and any deposit stated in the quotation has been received. From that point the file is governed by the commercial agreement, which is the confirmation, the quotation it confirms and the supplier terms passed through in it.

  5. 05Rates, inventory and availability

Every rate on the site or in a proposal is indicative until it is confirmed in writing. Rates depend on availability, season, group size, blackout dates and the terms of the hotels, venues and transport companies that supply them, and inventory can be withdrawn by a supplier before we confirm it.

Rates are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation. Unless the quotation says otherwise, they exclude international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, meals marked as recommended by BTI, and anything described as optional. Taxes, municipal fees and similar charges are stated as they stand on the date of the quotation and may change where a government changes them.

  6. 06Cancellation and amendment

Cancellation and amendment of a confirmed file are governed by the commercial agreement for that file, including the supplier terms passed through in it, and not by these terms. Where the commercial agreement is silent on a point, the terms of the supplier concerned apply. Nothing on this site changes a cancellation or amendment term that has been agreed in writing for a file.

  7. 07Intellectual property

The site, its text, its itineraries, the hotel, restaurant, excursion and transportation descriptions, the Bulletin and the design are ours or licensed to us. Photography of hotels and venues belongs to the hotels and venues that supplied it and is used with their permission.

An approved partner may use our itineraries and descriptions in its own proposals, brochures and sales material to sell programs that we operate, with the photography used only as supplied and for that purpose. This license is non-exclusive, ends when partner access ends, and does not allow any other reproduction or any use that suggests we endorse something we do not. Our name and marks may not be used without our written agreement.

  8. 08Third-party suppliers and links

Hotels, transport companies, venues, restaurants and guides are independent businesses operating on their own terms, which are passed through in the commercial agreement for a file. We select them with care and we coordinate them, but we do not control them, and their terms govern their services.

Where the site links to another site, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data. Links are provided for convenience only.

  9. 09Liability

Our liability to you in connection with a confirmed program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program. Our liability in connection with your use of the site, where no program has been confirmed, is limited to putting right the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data, or for anything caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including the acts of suppliers, authorities, weather and airspace closures.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  10. 10Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from the site are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the commercial agreement for a file provides otherwise.

  11. 11Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by posting the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. The new terms apply to your use of the site from that date. A file confirmed before the date stays on the terms in force when it was confirmed unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Questions about this document. Write to justin@btitourism.com and the Dubai desk will pass it to the right person.

Send us the brief

Group size, target dates, preferred hotel tier and any non-negotiables are enough for us to start. A costed proposal follows within two working days.
